Return & Exchange Timeline

Return & Exchange Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return Shipping Period: The returned product(s) must reach us within 5 days after the return request is made.
Return & Exchange Process

Reverse Pick-Up: We offer reverse pick-up services at no additional cost. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to us.

Return & Exchange Fee: A fee of ₹100 is applicable for returns and exchanges, except in cases of incorrect size or receiving a different product.

Store Credit & Refunds

Store Credit: For all returns and exchanges, you will receive store credit equivalent to the order value.

COD Orders: A store credit code will be provided within 7 working days of return pickup to your registered email or phone number.

Prepaid Orders: Upon receiving the returned product in good condition, you will receive store credit.
Return & Exchange Conditions

Product Condition: Please return products in the same condition as shipped, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Refunds will not be provided for products that are worn or damaged.

Ineligible Products: We do not accept returns on certain product categories such as masks, undergarments, and perfumes due to hygiene reasons.

Sale Items: Sale items can only be exchanged if it’s in stock after sale ,not returned.

Packaging: Ensure the items are securely packed and mention the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.
